The first moto I had an average start. I worked slowly into the top 10 finally catching up to battle with Kelly Smith, Josh Woods, and Andrew Short. I went down on the off camber trying to pass Short for 6th place. Once I got up and charged I eventually caught back up to Short and passed him successfully this time with just a lap to go which help mentally salvage the moto.

The second moto I had a better run. My start was good and I was in 5th place. I had a battle with Woods and Langston for pretty much the whole race. I went to pass Woods in a jump section, but I nearly slid out causing me to roll a double and letting Langston by. It made me pretty angry considering he was behind me the whole race and I felt he wasn’t going to pass me. All in all not a bad weekend in the overall scheme of things.
