As you may all ready know I had shoulder surgery to repair a torn ligament and removal of a fragment of bone on the left shoulder. At the moment the doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to move my arm for 3 weeks and then 3 weeks of therapy. So I’m looking at about 6 to 7 weeks off and then being ready for the start of the outdoors.

The surgery only took an hour so I was in and out the same day, which is great. In fact the staff at Dr Murphy's oasis medical group are awesome.
